TEAGAN MACDOUGALL

Teagan is a third-year medical student and future doctor guided by one core principle: to help others when needed most. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology with a minor in Psychology and actively pursues her passion for research—initially in cancer studies and now focused on women’s mental health and wellness. She is the founder of Heroes for Little Heroes, a nonprofit that has brought joy to hundreds of medically vulnerable children over six impactful years, and co-founder of Winning Within, which supports mental wellbeing in female athletes. Her commitment to global healthcare led her to rural Nepal to provide free Sickle Cell testing and reproductive health education to underserved communities. Already making an impact through medicine, global-health, and service, Teagan strives to uphold the Miss International Canada legacy of intelligent, compassionate, and humanitarian-minded women who lead by example and inspire future generations.
